Thank you for shopping at ROBS BRICKS. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All of our products are custom-made or meticulously prepared upon order. Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and pack your order before it is handed over to the carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide, primarily focusing on the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. Delivery estimates based on your location and shipping selection are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US/UK/Europe/Australia): Est. 7-15 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Worldwide): Est. 3-7 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that total time to receive your order = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or our store's tracking page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ROBS BRICKS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to customs processing clearance, extreme weather, or carrier transit bottlenecks. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
